COVID 19 death cases stops today at 111 as stated by the health ministry. He also stated that 63% of the death people were above 60 years of age, 30% are within 4 to 60 years and 7% victims are of below 40years.
Attempt to murder charge for COVID-19 patient who ‘spit on someone’- by DGP of Himachal Pradesh.
“If a corona virus positive person spits on any person, then the person will be charged with attempt to murder. Also stated by the DGP SR Mardi- If the person who has been spat upon dies, the corona virus positive person will be charged with murder,”.
5 lakh testing kits ordered by ICMR
ICMR’s R Gangakhedkar said that an order has been placed for 5 lakh testing kits for the novel corona virus. He also committed that 2.5 lakhs kits to be delivered between 8 and 9 April.
1 doctor and 11 nurses tested COVID 19 positive in Delhi State Cancer Institute
One more doctor and 11 nursing officers of Delhi State Cancer Institute have tested positive for COVID-19 by which a total of two doctors and 16 nurses of the Institute have tested positive till now.
First COVID-19 case in Tripura
The first COVID-19 positive case was reported in Tripura on Monday. A 45-year-old woman of Gomati district tested positive with Corona Virus and admitted in the Agartala Government Medical College hospital.
Odisha got another 32-yr-old tests positive for COVID-19
One 32-year-old man from Odisha’s Kendrapada who had returned from Dubai on 24 March is confirmed positive for COVID-19.
